Swedish Film is a magazine published by the Swedish Film Institute containing articles and news on all the new Swedish films and the people behind them. The focus is on Swedish feature films, documentaries and short films that are shown at the most prestigious film festivals around the world as well as Swedish directors, producers and actors on the rise. Some of the people we have interviewed in this issue are directors Ruben Östlund (Play), Johannes Nyholm (Las Palmas), Jens Assur (Killing the Chickens to Scare the Monkeys), Ella Lemhagen (The Crown Jewels) and Björn Runge (Happy End). The magazine also contains a catalogue with facts about the new Swedish features and feature length documentaries, including trailers of the films. You can find the contact information to the most important Swedish productions companies, sales companies, distributors, film festivals and organizations in the magazine.
